HOUSTON— Woody Ray Densen, former state district judge from Houston, was indicted after a security video caught him scratching his next door neighbor’s car with a key. He repeated the act the next day.
Total damage to the car was estimated at about $3000.
The camera system, equiped with motion detection, automatically taped the encounters.
Mr. Densen faces up to two years in state jail if convicted.
